APPLICATION PROCEDURE

To apply, please send an email to the following address: pratteharpfestival@gmail.com
The e-mail should have as a subject the following title:
Competition application and your full name
This email should include:
1) the video recording link for the possible pre-selection
2) a copy of your passport or ID card
3) a biography or CV.
The text may be written in English, French, German, or in a Scandinavian language.
4) the full list of the pieces you have chosen to play for both rounds.
Full applications and the registration fee should be sent latest on November 14th, 2021 at 11.59PM (CET time). You will get a confirmation that we recieved your application within 48 hours.
The registration fee is of 950 SEK.
Free meals at the concert hall bistro and access to all the festival events (concerts, lectures, workshop…) will be provided to the contestants.
We are also making efforts to organize free accomodation for as many contestants as possible through hosting by local families households. If you are interested, please do let us know when submitting your application!

Important notice regarding the Covid-19 pandemic
We are applying procedures to ensure a Covid-19 safe environment during the Festival.
We are constantly looking at the evolution of the Covid-19 pandemic situation and are following the directives of the Swedish Health Agency regarding possible restrictions. Please consult our website and social media regularly for eventual updates.
