Possible pre-selection: depending on the number of applications we receive by November 14th, we might have to operate a pre-selection of the contestants.

For that reason we are kindly asking all the contestants to send a recent unedited video recording of a solo piece of their choice representative of their playing along with their application.

The length of the piece should be between 5 and 10 minutes. The piece may, but is not required to, be a part of their chosen repertoire for the competition.

The video link (YouTube, vimeo, mp4, we transfer...) can be sent to pratteharpfestival@gmail.com.

On November 16th, we will notify all the applicants whether there will be a pre-selection.

If so, the pre-selection will solely be based on the sent recording and we will accept a maximum of 24 contestants.

Please note that all other applicants are very welcome to take part as passive participants at the Festival, where they will get free access to all the events (concerts, lectures, workshops, etc..)

If you have any questions regarding the application procedure, repertoire, acquiring scores, travels, or other matters related to the competition, do not hesitate to reach out to us!
